On April 27, Roofing & More was pleased to participate in “Rebuilding Together with Christmas in April,” a Christian non-profit program dedicated to rehabilitating Loudoun County one house at a time. In partnership with Winchester Homes, our team worked hard on a needy home in Round Hill, VA, replacing both lower rear roofs completely and repairing the upper roof to ensure a long-lasting, durable roof that will protect the family for years to come.
Rebuilding Together was born out of a fundamental belief that all people deserve to live in decent housing. Millions of Americans own and live in deteriorating houses but cannot afford or are unable to fix what is wrong. Rebuilding Together’s free services are a solution for many who have nowhere else to turn. Organized volunteers give their time and skills for just one day to make repairs to selected homes. The work also provides substantial community revitalization and preservation.
Any low-income, elderly or disabled Loudoun County homeowner is eligible to apply for future Rebuilding Together projects.
