I’m a family man. If I could spend all my time with my wife, daughter and grandkids I would. I’m also endlessly thankful for a job and a business that I care about. It’s a real gift to be able to say that I’m excited to go to work in the morning and to get home to my family in the evening.

Maintaining Work-Life Balance

That being said, I have to work daily to maintain a healthy balance between the two. As a business owner, it is all too easy to bring my job into my life at home, and vice versa. In order to keep the peace, I keep the following in mind:

Speaking of employees, I hire great ones. Having peace of mind that things are getting handled allows me to be fully present with my family.
