Summer is here, which means that we are officially halfway through 2018. It has been a great year so far, and as always, we like to re-visit our roofing company business plan to make sure we are reaching the goals we set at the end of 2017.
I am happy to say that we are on target with this year’s business plan, but not without appreciating the people who have made it possible: our customers. This month, we want to thank every customer who has put their trust in us.
Improving Our Company
At this time, we have over 17 families that are impacted directly every time an opportunity arises and a new customer says yes! We know that there are other options when it comes to the services we offer, and we do not take it lightly when we are trusted to provide great customer service and a quality installation. Choosing a roofing company to work on your home is a big decision – one that can have a huge impact on your day-to-day life (and your home’s value) if the company doesn’t produce good results. Calling Roofing & More means you have high expectations of how we will treat your home, and we always strive to meet them.
For the latter half of 2018, we are focusing heavily on internal training to better and more efficiently serve our customers. We are excited to begin using a new Customer Relationship Management System soon, and have been working alongside the vendor developing it for over a year now to make sure it will improve our company. This new program will help us improve the speed at which we provide estimates for our customers, as well as a lot of internal benefits that each and every customer will notice and feel.

There is always a lot going on at Roofing & More during the hustle and bustle of everyday business, but the most important task has always been serving our customers while working to improve the lives of our employees. We wouldn’t be here without them, and we can’t wait to improve the Roofing & More experience for everyone involved!
