If we were to review each other as coworkers in the same way that a customer leaves us a Google or Facebook review, would we give each other five stars? Each member of the team should strive to make the workday exceptional for everyone else. The more we lift each other up, the more we are excited to go to work and are motivated to be the best in the business. And that translates to even better experiences for our customers.
