At Roofing & More, we train, strive and strategize to ensure that we have the expertise to share with our customers when it comes to roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors and more. Proper Knowledge & Training

One of the ways we set our team up to be the “experts” is by equipping them with proper knowledge and training. First, we find the right employees – those who want to be considered experts. Secondly, they must be trained in the ins and outs of the materials and process to ensure an expert installation.

We’ve developed our own internal process so that when hiring new employees, we are choosing people who will also help provide “more” to our customers. To do this, we look at three things: attitude, aptitude and heart.

·         Attitude: Employees with positive attitudes are the best team members to have by your side because they have a spirit of learning and growing. No matter how much experience they have in their field, they have a thirst to know more and learn from others around them.

·         Aptitude: Though a positive attitude can help you grow, it is also essential that our employees have a certain aptitude for the job. For example, you can’t be considered an expert roofer while being afraid of heights!

·         Heart: It’s important that Roofing & More employees have heart, or passion. When an employee is excited about what they do and looks forward to visiting a customer’s home, it’s demonstrated in their customer service, and in their work.
