As many of you know, Roofing & More, Inc. is more than just a business; it's a family and a community endeavor. For 30 years, we have served the people of Northern Virginia, dedicating ourselves to quality, affordability, and—most of all—respect for our clients and their homes.
Our Philanthropic Heartbeat: A Year of Giving
This year has been especially significant for us, not just in terms of business but in our ability to give back to the community that has given us so much. Early in the year, we were delighted to give back $3,000 to a lucky homeowner through our raffle initiative. It was a joyous occasion that reminded us of the power of goodwill.
We were also fortunate enough to donate another $3,000 to Tree of Life Ministries, an organization that we believe reflects our own ethos of kindness, respect, and community support. Philanthropy is not just about giving; it's about building stronger communities, which has always been a cornerstone of our mission at Roofing & More.
A Year of Growth and Excellence
We believe in growth—both in skills and in spirit. That’s why we took our talented team to Texas this year for a learning and bonding experience through the Certified Contractors Network. It was an enriching trip that helped us become better at what we do and how we do it.
Speaking of excellence, it was an honor to be recognized again with the President’s Award again from GAF. As a token of the quality we strive for, this award is a testament to the hard work put in by each member of our team. Not only did we receive an award, but I was also given the privilege to speak to other roofers in the industry, sharing insights and advice based on our three-decade experience. It was an absolute privilege to be seen as an authority with meaningful insights to share.
The Community is Our Compass
We had a fantastic time visiting the Prince William Fair. Interacting with the community reaffirmed our commitment to the Golden Rule: treating every customer with the respect we wish to receive.
This testimony from our customer, Ross Morgan, reflects why the Golden Rule matters so much in everything we do:
“What a fantastic company! Struggling to get my house ready for sale, I had several things to have repaired and little time to do so. I cannot count the number of contractors that did not return calls, never followed through on appointments, etc. Roofing and More was the only company that responded promptly, was pleasant to deal with and did what they said they would do!”
Customer feedback, like that from Ross Morgan, is an affirmation that we are on the right track. Ross, like many of you, values responsive, reliable, and respectful service, and we’re thrilled to consistently deliver on that promise.
A Glimpse into the Future
We have always said that we see every home as if it were our own. Well, we’re thrilled to announce that soon we'll be putting a FREE roof and gutter system on the house of a family in our community who is in need. We couldn’t be more humbled and blessed to have this opportunity to make a tangible difference.
