Marie's 20-year journey with Roofing & More began humbly, tackling odd jobs around the office. Her dedication quickly propelled her upward, thriving in the fast-paced environment while absorbing company knowledge. A decade later, she discovered her passion for financial data and streamlining processes. Her expertise in building spreadsheets has helped optimize service pricing, internal accounting, and benefit both the company and its customers.

Beyond her financial prowess, Marie embodies the role of office manager seamlessly. Her efforts extend beyond spreadsheets, bringing her efficiency techniques to daily operations with enthusiasm. She seeks "work hacks" that ease everyone's lives and readily shares them with the team.

Outside of work, Marie dedicates herself to her family – six children, two grandchildren (with a third on the way!), and her beloved "fur babies."
