Roofing & More Inc. (“Roofing & More,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the people we serve. This Privacy Policy describes how information collected through our website at roofingandmoreinc.com (“Site”) and through our marketing and customer communications is used and disclosed. Any person accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site shall be considered a “User.” All Users are bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy, and Users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information (“Information”) pursuant to its terms.
Text messaging is governed by our SMS / Text Messaging Privacy Policy, which supplements this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
Roofing & More collects Information in the following ways:
– Consultation and contact forms. When a User submits a form on the Site to schedule a consultation, request an inspection, ask a question, or provide a review, we collect the Information the User provides, which may include name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about the requested service.
– Phone, text, and chat. When a User contacts us by phone or text, or responds to our outreach, we collect the User’s contact details and the substance of the communication. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes, and initial responses to inquiries may be handled by automated scheduling technology acting on our behalf.
– Design visualization tools. If a User uses an exterior design visualization tool offered through the Site, we collect the inputs the User provides, which may include photographs of the User’s home and the design selections made.
– Promotions and events. If a User enters a giveaway or promotion, including at community events and home shows, we collect the Information submitted with the entry.
– Automatic collection. Through cookies and similar technologies, we collect technical and browsing Information such as browser version, device type, IP address, referring pages, and pages visited on the Site.
How we use Information
Roofing & More uses Information to:

Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, to remember User preferences, and to understand how the Site is used. Roofing & More advertises to homeowners in the Northern Virginia communities we serve. In connection with that advertising:
– Remarketing. We use advertising services that may show Roofing & More ads to Users after they visit the Site, based on cookies or similar identifiers.
– Location-based advertising. We serve digital ads within defined geographic areas, including neighborhoods and local events, based on device location signals collected by our advertising providers.

– Direct mail. We may send postal mail to households identified through service providers as having visited the Site or as actively researching exterior remodeling services. How Information is shared
Roofing & More does not sell Information. Unless we have the User’s consent or except as required or permitted by law, we will not sell, share, trade, or give away Information, subject to the following:
– Service providers. We share Information with providers that perform services on our behalf, including customer relationship management, email delivery, scheduling and lead response, analytics, advertising, direct mail fulfillment, and financing application processing. These providers are permitted to use Information only to perform services for us.
– Financing. If a User applies for project financing, the application Information is submitted to the third-party lender the User selects, whose own privacy policy governs its use.
– Legal. We may disclose Information if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is required by law or legal process, to respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Roofing & More or others.
– Sale or acquisition. In the event that another company acquires Roofing & More or all or part of its assets, Information may be included among the assets transferred, subject to this Privacy Policy.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, as described in the SMS / Text Messaging Privacy Policy.
Project photos and testimonials
With the customer’s permission, Roofing & More may photograph completed projects and use those photographs, along with reviews and testimonials, in our marketing materials. Permission terms are set out in the project agreement or obtained separately, and a customer may withdraw permission for future use at any time by contacting us.
Your choices and rights
Users may at any time:
– Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link included in every message
– Opt out of text messages by replying STOP, as described in the SMS / Text Messaging Privacy Policy
– Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the Information we hold about them
– Opt out of interest-based advertising and direct mail as described in the Advertising section

Security and retention
Roofing & More maintains reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect Information against loss, misuse, and alteration, and the Site uses encryption (HTTPS) for Information submitted through our forms. No system is perfect, and Roofing & More makes no representations or warranties regarding the sufficiency of these measures. We retain Information for as long as needed to serve the User, maintain business records, and satisfy legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Third-party websites
The Site may contain hyperlinks to websites not controlled by Roofing & More, including review platforms, financing partners, and product manufacturers. Those websites may collect and disclose Information differently than the Site, and Roofing & More is not responsible for their practices and expressly disclaims liability related to them.
Children
The Site and our services are not directed toward children under 18 years of age, and Roofing & More does not knowingly collect Information from children under 18.
United States processing
Information submitted to the Site is collected, processed, stored, disclosed, and disposed of in accordance with applicable U.S. law and may be stored on servers located in the United States. By providing Information, non-U.S. Users acknowledge and consent to the transfer and processing of their Information in the United States.

SMS / Text Messaging Privacy Policy

Scope
This SMS / Text Messaging Privacy Policy (“SMS Policy”) supplements the Roofing & More Inc. Privacy Policy and describes how Roofing & More Inc. (“Roofing & More,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses mobile telephone numbers and related information (“Mobile Information”) in connection with its text messaging programs (“SMS Programs”). Any person who opts in to receive text messages from Roofing & More shall be considered a “Subscriber” and is bound by the terms of this SMS Policy and the Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this SMS Policy and the Privacy Policy with respect to Mobile Information, this SMS Policy controls.
Types of messages we send
Depending on the consent a Subscriber provides, Roofing & More may send the following categories of text messages:
– Appointment and consultation messages, including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices
– Service and project updates related to work we are performing or have performed at the Subscriber’s home
– Responses to inquiries submitted through our Site, phone line, or other channels
– Post-project follow-up, including review requests and quality service check-ins
– Informational and promotional messages, such as seasonal maintenance guidance, company updates, and offers, only where the Subscriber has provided separate consent to receive marketing messages
Consent
Roofing & More sends text messages only to individuals who have provided prior express consent. Consent may be collected through:
– Web forms on the Site that include a clear SMS opt-in disclosure and an unchecked checkbox
– Verbal or written consent provided when scheduling a consultation, inspection, or project
– Keyword opt-in, where an individual texts a designated keyword to our number
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Roofing & More. Consent to receive marketing messages is collected separately from consent to receive informational or transactional messages, and each may be revoked independently.
Message frequency, rates, and opting out
– Message frequency varies based on the Subscriber’s interactions with Roofing & More and the SMS Programs joined
– Message and data rates may apply according to the Subscriber’s mobile carrier plan
– Reply STOP at any time to opt out. The Subscriber will receive one final message confirming the opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent unless the Subscriber opts back in

Mobile Information we collect
When a Subscriber opts in to an SMS Program, Roofing & More may collect and store:
– The Subscriber’s name and mobile telephone number
– The date, time, and content of messages sent and received
– Opt-in and opt-out status and the source and timestamp of consent
– Information the Subscriber voluntarily provides in the course of the conversation, such as a property address, service interest, or scheduling preference
How Mobile Information is used
Roofing & More uses Mobile Information only to:
– Deliver the messages the Subscriber has consented to receive
– Schedule and manage consultations, inspections, and projects
– Respond to Subscriber questions and service requests
– Maintain records of consent as required by law
– Improve our customer communication and service experience
No sharing of Mobile Information
No Mobile Information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, shared, traded, or given away to any third party.
Roofing & More uses trusted service providers, such as our customer relationship management and scheduling platforms, solely to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually restricted from using Mobile Information for any other purpose. All of the above categories exclude these providers, whose access is limited to supporting our SMS Programs. This section supplements, and does not narrow, the disclosure provisions of the Privacy Policy, including disclosures required by law or legal process and disclosures in connection with a sale or acquisition of Roofing & More or its assets.
Security and retention
Roofing & More maintains reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect Mobile Information against loss, misuse, and alteration, consistent with the security provisions of the Privacy Policy. Messaging records and consent documentation are retained for as long as needed to serve the Subscriber and to satisfy legal and regulatory requirements, after which the information is deleted or anonymized.
Children
Our SMS Programs are not directed toward, and Roofing & More does not knowingly collect Mobile Information from, children under 18 years of age.
