This company is amazing! I contacted Roofing & More and spoke with Rick on November 19, 2020. From the moment I made this phone call to the final inspection on the roof that they installed, this company has been nothing but professional! No matter how many times I called to ask questions, they were always ready and willing to assist me! Daniel Wood was awesome! Very knowledgeable and didn’t mind repeating his answers to my questions over and over! If I asked 20 times, he explained it 20 times!?? When it came down to scheduling, they were more than accommodating. I had to change the date to have the repairs done because it fell on my birthday. Marie Hoffman was very professional, understanding and accommodating. When you call the office and the one thing they ask when they answer the phone is how can they make you smile...well they do just that! I am a very happy and satisfied customer!!!!
