Bay window Coper roof replacements
Our bay window copper roof been leaking for years from the original builder. Can’t seem to figured out where it’s coming from. We decided to replace it. They did a great job and found the area where the water was coming from. They reinforce that area and make sure it wouldn’t leak anymore. We had several rain came through and no more leaking problem. He did a great job explaining the problem and was extremely helpful with my follow up questions. Scheduling personnel and team doing the work were similarly exceptionally professional. Great Bang for the Buck
While windows are an expensive proposition we had no choice as these 29 year old windows were shot. So after several estimates we settled on R&M. We got the "middle grade" UV product and measured the outside verses inside temperature of the same pane of glass and it was OVER 20 DEGREES lower inside. Our HVAC system is running 30 less time. R&M arrived 30 mins early and finished the same day with ZERO trace they had been here (except of course our new gorgeous windows). I cannot recommend Roofing & More enough.

Great job on resealing my copper roof at joint with brick siding as well as replacing dry rotted trim and painting the new wood for a perfect match. Communication about the project and schedule was timely and consistent. Easy to work with!!!
Excellent warranty work
At almost the end of our warranty period, a small leak occurred from our cedar roof. The company sent out a technician who determined the source of the leak, then the company sent out a crew to do the work. Rather than replacing a few cedar shakes that would have stood out like a sore thumb on the aged roof, they replaced the entire roof section (about 1/2 of the entire roof). William Alvarez explained the whole process and did a first-rate job. We are more than pleased with his professionalism and with he integrity of Roofing and More.
