Outstanding Service!!
I had five different companies provide an estimate for replacing my 25 year old roof. I am so glad that I went with Roofing & More. Everyone of their employees were very caring, professional and knowledgeable. Shane F, Project Consultant did a very meticulious inspection that went beyond the roof itself and included the gutters, eaves and soffits. He took the time to explain and was very knowledgeable of their products and how the products would ensure the quality of the workmanship. In the end I was very satisfied with the estimate and scope of the project. The Operations Manager, Ryan R took the time to go through the proposal a second time and worked with us on adjusting some of the material because of back order delays. The Field Supervisor, Armando S and the crew were on-time and completed the work as scheduled. Silvia S & Tatiana A did an outstanding job at keeping us informed of the delivery of the material and the scheduling of the work. I am more than 100% satisfied with this project and strongly recommend that you include Roofing & More in your short list of companies for any home project you are planning.

I cannot vouch for the whole company, but I can say that I chose Roofing and More based on the 5-star rating listed on the GAF roofing homepage. Now that I have experience in dealing with Roofing and More, I believe it deserves the 5-star rating. My encounter was with David, project manager, whom I rate highly in explaining the company and its process to help. More importantly, it was William who came out to do the work. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and all business. He was already informed on why he was at my home, then explained to me what he would be doing in the attic. I could not have asked for a better trained person to do this job, considering my insecurities. William redirected 2 pipes, removed another one altogether, extended 1 flex pipe, installed ducted hooded vents, and vented the soffits. He also reconnected the front door frame to my home and more. I had the attic project done because I had tried everything to cool the upstairs during the scorching temperatures. While I can’t tell fully if the attic project was worth it, I can say that as of last night, I didn’t have to turn on a portable AC to finish cooling the upstairs thanks to William’s work. Thank you to Roofing and More for hiring a person like William.
Fast service response
I had several shingles missing on the cap of my roof. I tried calling several companies and none respond to me. I even called the company that put the original roof on and they didn’t call back either. I finally called this company and they were here within two days. They preformed a complete review of my roof. The technician came the next day and repaired my problem. They were not pushy trying to sell me any other products. All service people involved were kind and professional. Would highly recommend their service.

Roofing and More was a class operation from start to finish. The sales rep, Dustin, was very professional, sitting down with me, patiently going over all my options and answering all my questions. He was also the first person to actually climb up in my attic to examine the roof interior and give me an accurate quote for plywood. It was not the lowest quote I received, but I appreciated the transparent pricing and knowing exactly what I was getting for my money with their good-better-best options. The 7 or 8 man install team was just as professional and very efficient. They arrived on time, completely replaced my townhouse roof in under 6 hours, and left my yard even cleaner than before. When I asked questions about some of the pictures that were provided, Sylvia sent someone back out the next day to take even more detailed pictures to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I am in fact very pleased with the look of my new roof and I feel that I can count on R&M to resolve any problems that may arise down the road because of how smoothly and professional things went with the installation.
Siding replacement
We are very pleased with our experience with Roofing and More for our vinyl siding replacement project. The team was informative, communicated well throughout the project, and finished on time. The cost was fair and the project came in on budget. We are very happy with the work and would use them again.
Excellent service
I was more than pleased when Shayne met me at my home and did a thorough inspection of my problem, (including the holes created by the raccoon in my attic) and what was needed, and what your company could do for me. After getting other estimates, I concluded that Roofing and More was the right choice for my job. They did an excellent, thorough job!
