Outstanding Project Consultant
It was a pleasure to work with Shane Flanagan of Roofing and More. He was friendly and courteous. I was impressed with his patience when answering my many questions. He took time to listen to my concerns about the project. Mr. Flanagan was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the new home siding project, explaining exactly what would be done during the installation. He did not rush through consultation, taking his time to be very thorough with every detail. I appreciated his honesty when answering questions and concerns I had about the project and financing. It was refreshing to work with a man of integrity whom I could trust......a reflection of the values Roofing and More promote. I would highly recommend Shane Flanagan as a project consultant to my family and friends.

I want to thank Roofing & More Inc for a job well done at my house here in Annandale. Roger Powell was the Site Manager, and has been with me since the original meeting with Dustin Holiday with the first class walk through on the process and materials from beginning to end. Roger was very helpful in answering my questions on construction day and was able to remedy all small little attention to details. In the end we have a beautiful roof that I am confident will last for many years. My son also used their services and I knew ahead of time I could trust their products.

This is my second time using Roofing and More, Inc. Being inside my home is my favorite place to be and knowing that I can count on Kyle and his team to treat me and my home with the upmost care and concern is a difference maker. Although I recently made the mistake of “stepping out of the box” so to speak, by hiring a different contractor to do some work on the house and even before the “unnamed” contractor was even finished I regretted not using Roofing and More. They are a class act company with head above the rest leadership and I look forward to using the advantage that has been given with regard to using Roofing & More for my every home need.

I had R&M replace my roof October a year ago. A few months later my neighbor had another local contractor replace hers. A couple of weeks ago she had a leak with ceiling damage requiring buckets in the attic for a few days. She called her roofing company who checked and basically said “ our roof didn’t leak, it is the boot around your vent pipe. They’re old and should be replaced.” Really?!? They replaced a 19 year old roof and didn’t replace the boots with the shingles? With Roofing & More doing that was part of the package when they replaced my roof. I feel bad for my neighbor but am glad we trusted Kyle to do our roof the right way!

Marie Hoffman has been one of the best customer service representatives I’ve worked with throughout the years. She was extremely patient, respectful, reassuring and knowledgeable as she guided us through the process of the roof replacement, inspections, payments and all other requirements. Jennifer has been first rate in ensuring service was scheduled and even stayed late (after 7pm) to call and confirm everything was going perfectly. Roofing & More, Inc. has solved a number of issues my house has had over the years. They solved a roof leak that four previous roofing companies could not. My husband and I appreciated how Kyle, who owns R&M, was determined to solve the problem once and for all. R&M replaced our eleven skylights – no more leaking. They are thorough in checking and keeping the roof in great shape. Recently, they added insulation above a room connected to our garage entryway. Employees are always professional and gladly answer any questions.

My New Roof. Dear Roofing and More, I just thought I would tell you how pleased I am with my new roof, and with your company. Actually, the roof was installed almost one year ago, but I still look at it and say to myself “What a great looking roof”!! The quality of the material and the workmanship that went into make it the best roof in the neighborhood. Your rep John Ast was a pleasure to work with–more like a consultant than a sales guy. I cannot say enough about Rob Johnson, your production manager. He did a first-rate job organizing the installation so that it went off on time and without a hitch. He also came back promptly just recently when I asked him to check on something.
