Very prompt and professional company to work with. From the beginning when my work started out as a general inquiry, the company was easy to communicate with and helped answer all questions. There were no hidden fees or surprises and all details were outlined throughout the process. I was looking for a company to replace two small octagon windows with larger traditional double pane windows. The work I wanted to do was outside the norm of what the traditional window replacement companies do. Many companies would not do this work but this company did. They kept me up to date as to when when to expect the materials and when we would start the service. When there was a delay on the materials due to the manufacturer, I was notified immediately and was kept up to day every few days on the progress.
