Not only did Alejandro arrive early, he checked thoroughly to see what was going on, found the problem which was a hole so small I was amazed and then repaired everything - all within 45 minutes! I was looking to replace all windows (22) and 2 entry doors on a 3 story townhome. Received three estimates from small, local and well reviewed firms and selected Roofing & More. They were not the lowest bidder, but I felt comfortable that being a multi-generation family run business they would stand behind their work. I chose wisely! During the install, there was an unexpected complication with the original builder window/siding system which required Roofing & More to have an entire crew spend one-third more time on-site over what was expected to make it right and water-tight. No complaints, no arguing, and did not as for extra money to cover the overage. Any contractor can do the happy-day install. You need the contractor who will stick with you and finish the job when things are unexpected, which happens frequently on renovation/replacement work. Roofing & Moore is that Contractor. Shout-outs to Marie, Armando and Luis for going the extra mile and making things right.

Quick and excellent installation of new rook
Alex was the sales agent who worked with us to ensure that we will be satisfied with our new roof, helping us understand the options and associated costs. The R&M crew accomplished the installation in 2 days with minimal disruption of our daily routine. We also had the Gutter Helmet, which agreed that R&M could take it off, with Gutter Helmet doing the reinstallation. We are very pleased with the service. R&M is a very good company to work with.

Good morning Ms. Hoffman I had your technician come over on February 28 to look at a spot in my ceiling that I feared was a new leak. As in the past, he arrived exactly on time and was extremely thorough and explained everything he did. He listened to my rationale for the call, investigated everything as well as what I specifically asked him to (to put my mind at ease) and, while he found no evidence of a new leak, gave me some possible explanations for the issue. I also was not charged for the visit because it was just in the timeframe of the last work so I was allowed to have that warranty coverage. Please, if there is any way my comments can be passed on to those who assisted me (from the call to the visit) and, possibly, make it into their personnel file, I would appreciate it. Ms. Hoffman, I am so very glad I am working with your company. EVERYONE from the first call to the technicians who come are a delight to work with. Every single time! They are professional, courteous, thorough and go out of their way to assist. I'm old enough to remember the days of good customer service. It's a by-gone
Excellent job
The crew did a great job on our roof. They showed up on time, they were friendly, and the roof looks great. The job the did cleaning up was fantastic. I recommend bonuses for these two! We are relieved that our needed repairs are in the rear view mirror and we will be contacting Roofing & More whenever we need to.
