When Dwayne Walker from your company showed up at our door to see our problem and prepare an estimate, the first thing he said, after introducing himself was, " I want to thank you for giving us a chance to address your problem". A contractor thanking me? Whoa, kindness alert!! We looked at the problem, talked about numerous things, he developed an estimate, we accepted and he again thanked me and this time included "on behalf of our entire company even those who will not work on your problem all of our employees care about the company and the work we do."
