I cannot vouch for the whole company, but I can say that I chose Roofing and More based on the 5-star rating listed on the GAF roofing homepage. Now that I have experience in dealing with Roofing and More, I believe it deserves the 5-star rating. My encounter was with David, project manager, whom I rate highly in explaining the company and its process to help. More importantly, it was William who came out to do the work. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and all business. He was already informed on why he was at my home, then explained to me what he would be doing in the attic. I could not have asked for a better trained person to do this job, considering my insecurities. William redirected 2 pipes, removed another one altogether, extended 1 flex pipe, installed ducted hooded vents, and vented the soffits. He also reconnected the front door frame to my home and more. I had the attic project done because I had tried everything to cool the upstairs during the scorching temperatures. While I can’t tell fully if the attic project was worth it, I can say that as of last night, I didn’t have to turn on a portable AC to finish cooling the upstairs thanks to William’s work. Thank you to Roofing and More for hiring a person like William.
