Highly Recommend
Due to improper installation by our builder, the Hardie Board siding on our home had cracked on one whole side of the house. We were very pleased to meet some of the Roofing and More team at the Dulles Home show who talked us through our options. From that first meeting to when we did the final walk through of the repair, the whole team was professional, polite and friendly. We especially loved that they walked through every single step of the process and schedule beforehand. We would recommend Roofing and More's services to anyone!
Impressive from proposal to cleanup
Last fall I had need to replace my 35 year old original roofing. I requested three prices. The estimate from Roofing and More was very through including photographs from the inspection. The pricing was the best, and that included installation of new gutters and leaf filters all around. I work in the construction industry and know good work when I see it
Love Our New Home
Roofing and More replaced our old wood siding with James Hardie board along with having all of our windows replaced. Kyle and his team are nothing but extreme professionals who understand that their customers needs, wants, and requests are their top priority. We truly felt valued as a customer of their company. While working with Roofing and More, Marie remained in close contact with us to provide any updates and to check in on how we were doing and if we had any questions. We also worked closely with Armando and Alejandro, who would check on us multiple times a day either by phone on stopping by our home during the project. We often had questions around the process of our siding being replaced and both of them would explain the how's and why's to us to ensure we were satisfied. Our onsite crew was led by Antonio, who again is such a professional. They arrived daily on time and kept their work space clean. Great Job
We concluded a very successful home residing project in July 2022. And I’d like to thank both Alex Goodie and Dustin Holliday for their efforts to get us set up and launched with this project. Originally, I wanted to reside just the front and sides of our home. Dustin and Alex pointed out issues with the relatively new siding on the back of the house. While I was initially skeptical we did go with a full house residing. This provided multiple benefits as there was water damaged that had been covered up by the contactor that resided the back of the house. Additionally, it allowed us to address other siding flaws on the back of our home, fix all water damage around the house, rebuild three bay windows, add house wrap, and the most notable change was in the siding color which we changed from white to James Hardie Deep Ocean Blue, which my wife, neighbors, and others just love. Alex and Dustin, thanks much for all of your efforts helping us in our residing project.
Excellent House Siding Results
Thank you Alejandro for your help with our house residing project completed in July, 2022. When work was scheduled to start, Alejandro was the first to show up and the last to depart at the conclusion or our very successful residing effort. He was our construction project manager, overall Go-To man, and he even took time to help me install our new French Door Astragals and provided me with advice in painting my front door. Again, thank you Alejandro and please keep up the good work. Additionally I’d like to thank his siding construction team members; Francisco, Alex, Henry, and their manager Andy. They are experienced, talented, and exceptional James Hardie siding tradesmen and their craftsmanship greatly impressed me. Very Successful Home Residing Project
We used Roofing and More, Inc. to replace our 22 year old white Masonite Colorlok siding with a James Hardie, deep ocean blue siding product in late June to early July 2022. We chose Roofing and More, Inc to handle our large and involved project due to their James Hardie installation track record and ability to correct the rot areas from water damage. Our project started with an initial consultations held with Alex Goodie, to help us understand the siding products and installation process. Their field team, headed by tradesmen; Andy, Francisco, and Alejandro might possibly be some of the most experienced craftsmen installing James Hardie products in the Northern Virginia area today. It’s my understanding Andy, Francisco, and Alejandro specialize in the installation of Hardie siding, PVC, and AZEK trim products, and their craftsmanship greatly impressed me. If you seek first rate results with your house siding project, I strongly encourage you to consider Roofing and More, Inc and listen carefully to the siding installation advice from Alex, Andy, Francisco, and Alejandro.
What an exceptionally wonderful experience
I had all my gutters replaced. They look and work amazingly great!! Followup work required access to some part of the installations from a neighbor's back yard that preferred that her back yard not be used. Marie the owner of the company made time after working hours to call and talk to my neighbor and resolved this problem. The work was done properly from the neighbor's back yard thanks to the extra effort and time of Marie. Thank you SO very much Marie!!
Warranty work
Roofing & More installed our windows summer of 2018. We had one window that began losing its position when opened (slide down). William and his co-workers got it working properly again! It took a few attempts but they got it working perfectly! Our sun tunnel had become loose and they re-attached it too! ALL under the name of the warranty provided by Roofing & More and the manufacturers! LOVE my Roofing & More team THANK YOU!
Awesome gutter follow up!
We had Kyle's team install a new roof and gutters back in '19 and have been super happy with them. Recently, we had a gutter issue and Armando came out immediately to check it out, only to find out it was related to an uncleaned downspout that our previous cleaner missed. He took care of the issue and even conducted a full inspection of the roof to make sure it was in excellent condition. That's taking care of your customer! I highly recommend Roofing & More. 5 stars!
