With 24 years of experience in the construction industry, Armando has built a strong foundation of knowledge and leadership. After starting alongside his father, he explored various companies, even venturing into entrepreneurship as a subcontractor. In 2013, Roofing & More offered Armando a Repair Project Manager position, igniting his passion for learning new products and installation practices. His dedication to continuous learning led to promotions to Field Supervisor and Production Manager.
Today, Armando leverages his hands-on field experience to guide and empower others. While immersed in the daily operations, he remains committed to personal and team growth. Outside of work, family time takes center stage, whether it's bustling family gatherings or quiet moments with my immediate family.

Very prompt and professional company to work with. From the beginning when my work started out as a general inquiry, the company was easy to communicate with and helped answer all questions. There were no hidden fees or surprises and all details were outlined throughout the process. I was looking for a company to replace two small octagon windows with larger traditional double pane windows. The work I wanted to do was outside the norm of what the traditional window replacement companies do. Many companies would not do this work but this company did. I had also reached out to a couple other companies about the work and this company was by far the best when it came down to final material and costs. They kept me up to date as to when when to expect the materials and when we would start the service. When there was a delay on the materials due to the manufacturer, I was notified immediately and was kept up to day every few days on the progress. I was looking to replace all windows (22) and 2 entry doors on a 3 story townhome. Received three estimates from small, local and well reviewed firms and selected Roofing & More. They were not the lowest bidder, but I felt comfortable that being a multi-generation family run business they would stand behind their work. I chose wisely! During the install, there was an unexpected complication with the original builder window/siding system which required Roofing & More to have an entire crew spend one-third more time on-site over what was expected to make it right and water-tight. No complaints, no arguing, and did not as for extra money to cover the overage. Any contractor can do the happy-day install. You need the contractor who will stick with you and finish the job when things are unexpected, which happens frequently on renovation/replacement work. Roofing & Moore is that Contractor. Shout-outs to Marie, Armando and Luis for going the extra mile and making things right.
Outstanding Job Replacing My Siding!
Roofing and More provides a very personalized, professional and high quality experience from start to finish. I was very impressed with the how well they guided me through the process of replacing all the siding on my house. General manager, Dustin, was excellent at explaining the process and options for the work that needed to be done. The workmen were uniformly pleasant, efficient and professional. I was amazed that Armando, the production manager, came daily to check on progress and ensure that I was pleased. Office Manager Marie and Client Care Specialist Leah remained in frequent contact to give updates on scheduling. It is rare for a company to give such personalized attention. In sum, this company is outstanding and anyone who hires this company will be very satisfied with the experience and the results.

As an educator I teach my students through authentic learning experiences. When I learned my entire roof needed to be replaced I met with 7-10 companies. My 54 students voted on Roofing & More Inc. We utilized the PACED decision making process and it works. Roofing & More took the time not only to do an exceptional job on the roof using Osha standards, quality material, incredible customer service but they took the time to help me teach my economic and personal finance students what replacing a roof means. Many companies replace only shingles and charge you the same. We had no ideas. They walked us through each step sharing pictures and explanations along the way. They explained how temperature matters. We started with Mr. Eric Villagomez and then Mr. Armando Salazar continued to explain the process. The roof is beautiful and the explanation was phenomenal! The authentic experience for the students was incredible. Hands down this company deserves 5 stars. If you want an honest company who will treat your home as if it was theirs I strongly recommend Roofing & More. The clean up and every part of this journey was incredible. The learning experience for my students was a gift of patience. They (the students) did not make it easy and if you ever have worked with 15-17 year olds you know they asked a million questions.
