30 Years and Counting...
March 25, 2023, marked three decades of Roofing & More, Inc. This year alone brought countless cherished memories and unprecedented professional growth. Our collaboration with Tree of Life Ministries has been a shining highlight. With their partnership, we've managed to give back $3,000 to our clients, make a generous donation to TOL Ministries, and provide a free roof to a deserving family in Purcellville, Virginia.
Leadership at Its Best
The core of our success is our incredible team. I launched a Leadership Mastermind initiative this year, which led us to delve deep into John Maxwell's "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership." Exploring the nuances of leadership with my managers has reinforced my belief in the power of momentum and the need for strong leaders at the helm. We've discovered together that excellence truly starts at the top.
Casting Lines and Building Bonds
Beyond business, we've built relationships. Bass fishing with our Project Consultants was more than just a pastime. It became an avenue to learn more about their dreams and families. A special shoutout to my granddaughter, who celebrated her first year with us, ready to continue our legacy.
Exciting Times Ahead
We're thrilled to announce our move to a new location in Sterling, Virginia! It's a promising step closer to our long-term vision of serving more residents in Northern Virginia and maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence. And yes, we're channeling our inner Buzz Lightyear – aiming “to infinity and beyond”!

2023 had its fair share of hurdles. But with a positive attitude, we've chosen to view each obstacle as a learning opportunity. From traveling and creating memories with loved ones to ensuring work-life balance for our team, we've truly tried to savor every moment.
